Network accessibility

Since 2009, many measures have been undertaken to improve acess to the public transport network, with regard to infrastructure, Rolling stock and providing information for travellers..

More than 130 points bus stops have undergone development throughout the area to make access easier for disabled persons, thanks to the use of raised quays.

29 new vehicles have beeen purchased since 2009 to improve gthe comfort of all travellers and the renewal of ourbus fleet continues. .

In terms of information, since July 2014, all the vechicles operating on regular lines announce the destination and name of the next bus stop visually and audibly in real time. The network guide and plan have been reviewed favouring contrasting colours and the use of pictograms to make information much more legible. Lastly, the new services rolled out such as INIMO and the standardisation of the Internet site also make information much more accesible.
